Help and support
The questions that come up most, and how to find us.
One authorization, separate controls
The first “Sign in with Google” both identifies you to Cuco and connects that Google account’s calendars, so you do not repeat the OAuth flow.
Cuco keeps the login identity and calendar authorizations separate: disconnecting a calendar does not sign you out, and you can add other Google or Outlook accounts afterwards.
What Cuco asks for
On the first authorization: the account’s identifier, email address and public profile, permission to read the calendar list, and permission to see and edit events.
Each additional Google account uses the same narrow Calendar permissions. Google Tasks access is requested separately only if you choose “Allow Google Tasks access”; it lets Cuco list, create, edit, complete and delete tasks. Cuco asks for no access to Gmail, Drive or contacts.
An Outlook connection uses delegated Microsoft Graph permissions for the account profile, calendars and events, including shared calendars. It asks for no access to Outlook mail, OneDrive or contacts.
Connect Zoom and create a meeting
When Zoom is available for your account, open Settings → Accounts → Video calls and choose Connect Zoom. Sign in to your own Zoom account and approve the requested permissions. On the web, consent opens in another tab and your unsaved event stays open. During a private beta, Zoom must approve access for users outside the developer’s Zoom account.
In a Google or Outlook calendar event, open the video picker, choose Zoom and save. Cuco creates the meeting and attaches its join link to the event. You can make Zoom the default for new events in that calendar. Your Zoom plan’s limits still apply. Moving an event does not reschedule its Zoom meeting.
To remove the call, choose no video and save; Cuco removes it from the event and attempts to delete the Cuco-created Zoom meeting. If Zoom cannot complete deletion, the meeting may remain in your Zoom account. Deleting the calendar event itself keeps the Zoom meeting. To disconnect the integration, use Settings → Accounts → Video calls, or remove Cuco from Added Apps in the Zoom App Marketplace. Disconnecting keeps existing meetings and event links. How to revoke access
In Cuco, under Settings, remove the connected calendar. That always erases the stored authorization; for Google, Cuco also asks the provider to revoke it.
You can also revoke Cuco directly on your Google Account or Microsoft account app-permissions page at any time.
Something went wrong
When Cuco shows an error it also shows a request identifier. It lets us find what happened without needing the contents of your event.
Write to suporte@cuco.com.vc with that identifier.
